Ordered this back in January and just got around to using it. I unpackaged it for the first time today and the spring in the handle is broken! I should have read the reviews but always check items right when you receive them! Don’t make the mistake I did. Super frustrating getting a product that is damaged

Don’t go by my title review, but read to why I had to repurchase! First of, it’s easy to use, second I lost mine and because I love mine so much, I had to purchase again. It’s easy to clean, not bad for the price, and I had yet to have any issues with mine especially since I use it a lot! It’s a great quality item, and that is why I purchased again.

The product is working but it is dirty. It is not rust it is something gray color keeps coming out of the product. It spoiled the whole batch of my snack dough.

It simply does not work, it worked for 1-2 times and then i was trying to twist the knob to try and get a better grip while pressing, but it would seem like it would momentarily work and then fail. Also while making the muruku, it would jerk so hard that it would break the flow. I have used similar item before in India without issues. This was just a terrible build item. I am terrible at returning products.. so this is how I will vent for now.

Very bad and dysfunctional.

Cheap material: after few uses, the inner spring came loose and when attempted to tighten, noticed all inner part was rusted. Apparently, not all parts are made of stainless steel as claimed!

Too difficult to push you need a body builder to push this. Don’t but

I entire bottom part pop out into hot oil when I try to squeeze the batter out... very dangerous.. not sure if I got a bad one
