Need larger pin hole .0177 size

.0177” is about 1/57th of an inch or .45mm. You would need a #77 (.4572mm or .018”) drill bit. I would say that’s a little too small.

How do I order the pieces in stainless steel? What are the part numbers?

Search for stainless brackets. I went with aluminum to reduce the weight in my Jon boat.

We have sp 67749 and sp 1002 seat mount. How much force should be needed to fit them together? Opening in plastic insert seems too small for shaft.

It will fit tight! Push hard to get it in. It will be even harder to get out!
