Love this rug! I have it in my bedroom and it's just beautiful. And unlike another rug I bought (from another company), this one smoothed out perfectly within an hour of putting it on the floor. And it's so soft when you're barefoot – – feels like you're walking on silk. Fantastic price as well!

Bought this in the light gray and cream for a guest room. Arrived rolled up. I placed it in a room with heavy books etc on the edges and within a couple of days it was flat enough to put under the bed. The tightest rolled side took about a week to flatten, but did. The color is primarily a cool toned gray, with the taupe and cream not popping out as much as I expected. Great rug for the price. I put a Mohawk 1\4 inch non slip rug pad under it and it feels very soft and nice.

I rolled out the rug and it took my breath away! It is soft and high quality pile. The colors get darker in different lights. In bright light it washes out to almost white or light silver. In darker light it is grey. That is so much fun! It does have some bumps from shipping but hopefully they will flatten out. I put a stack of books on one corner that was poking up to see if it goes flat. I highly recommend this rug for a classic formal style.

The print is pretty and I was fine with a thin rug but the way they have the design on the rug is…inconsistent. I liked the darker pattern of the rug without having a DARK rug with 3 kids and a dog, I thought this would’ve been a great solution. The way the rug is made, it’s almost white when facing certain directions. Unfolding was no problem, there’s no wrinkles, it’s soft but thin. Other than the pattern issue, this rug is nice. Its kind of irritating that you have to be standing in just the right spot to see the design of the rug Note that I’ve had this rug less than an hour so its not laying flat yet but has already made lots of progress.

The rug was the quality of what I expected for the price I paid. But they folded it very badly so when you unfold it, you actually have to get a wet towel and a steam iron and work on it for about an hour to get all the wrinkles out. But once they’re all out, it looks pretty good.

I’m pleased with it. I bought it for my office. I was concerned when I first got here because the pattern barely showed up and it actually had somewhat of a metallic shimmer to it. That faded, and the pattern came through a little more once it had been laid out for a few days.

The toxic fumes from this rug made us ill. Then to return it we were charged $35 when it says free return

I’m so disappointed. I love the color and pattern but the quality is awful. I unpackaged it and laid it down myself which was hard. But now I see that the chair and table legs leave ridiculously noticeable marks, if they are moved. This has never happened before with any other rug. Everyone says it’s from poor quality. Now what?

Is a beautiful rug but the shading is a nightmare, can be bright white and dark grey just by viewing from different directions. If it stayed the one shade it would have been perfect. We had to return it.
