Both myself and my partner have been using this device Iver the last few days as we both have hand and wrist pain. The different levels of intensity as well as the option to have the heat on or not are both really good. Also the fact that this massages wrists too is a bonus.I have been in touch with their customer service team to setup the warranty and the responses have been really friendly and very fast. As for the previous comments about it pressure not working when received, there is an emergency valve on the back to let the pressure out so I can only assume the previous reviews may have been from them having the valve open and letting the pressure out. No issues at all from when we received it and it has been used on a daily basis since. Highly recommend !

I was excited to use this device but unfortunately after 1 use it stopped working?! I only plugged it in to try it and it wasn’t fit for use - sent back promptly for a refund. Not worth the money at all. Going to pay a little extra and get the medical graded device instead.*updateCompany has been in contact wanting to rectify the situation and I have received a refund in full. Can’t fault them for customer service and they will look at improving their product also.

I don’t know if this gadget is medically approved but, for something which is charged through a usb, it seems to have a remarkable range of things it can do to your hand (and I’ve only risked it on the lowest setting so far). The heat is hardly noticeable, but perhaps I haven’t waited long enough. I imagine it would be impossible to clean the inside so I also bought some disposable gloves and these work well.

Update: I have returned this product after finding out compression is very bad for anyone with carpal tunnel or other nerve compression issues, it will make it worse! They really should update the details of this product.Original review: I like the look of this product, but I do have some concerns. First of all pressing the power button takes a bit of effort and I have to press it for a few seconds and very hard before it comes on. The bigger issue however, is that the instructions do not clearly say how to put your hand in the machine. Perhaps it is smart enough to find out where your hand is?The second major issue is the battery life. It takes between 3 1/2 to 5 hours to charge and then only lasts one hour and a half. I am using the machine on both hands twice a day have to charge it every night.

Fits my hands in well, which is good as they are quite big. It gives good compression and heat which really helps to relieve the strain on tired hands, right down to the fingers. It is relaxing and I am now using it regularly. I recommend it.

I suffer from osteoarthritis and carpal tunnel syndrome. I have used my hand massager everyday for the last month, it really helps to take the pain away. I would highly recommend it.

Didn't really work for me, had a sprained fingers and hand and wanted heat and a massage together for better blood flow. Whilst you can feel heat. It's just compressing your hand inside doesn't really massage and I have a massage gun at hand.

I have used this product for three weeks and unfortunately have not seen any improvement in the arthritis in my fingers or wrist but will continue to use for the time being and hope that it gets better.
