I bought the MisseyDirect because it had all the attachments that I needed, something light and can do more than a floor.Pros: It was well packaged and had no visible damage to the casing.• All the accessories was intact. Nothing missing.Cons:• There is no On and Off switch.• The steam control knob is not located in a good spot -- too low.• There wasn't a switch to spray water. It officially stopped working today. April 8th 2017. I am so madWhile this mop gets pretty hot and does a decent job cleaning the floors. It is cheaply made. It came in with broken clips on the handle. If you put any muscle into scrubbing the floor it feels like its going to snap in half. I used one of the small brush attachments and it melted. The pad completely falls off during use which is aggravating. Its carpet attachment glides nicely but I don't think it does anything in regards to cleaning. Fabric steamer attachment is decent too.I wish I spent the extra money ($20 +/-) and bought a different mop with better reviews.
