Worst Customer Service
The product worked for 6 months then charging issue, back-up issue, and connectivity issue and the worst part is there is no product support either from Amazon or from Edyell.Edyell only provides WhatsApp support at +91-888-27-86-235 where it feels that some specific replies are saved. It will always ask to share a video of the problem which is frustrating as how can someone make a video of a charging issue, disconnectivity issue or even back-up issue? It seems like a scam.Amazon must stop selling this brand since they are not taking any ownership of the product's warranty.

Straight up,I bought C5MPros:1. Good build (Glossy, but okay)2. Adjustable ear buds given3. Good sound quality - For hours of music listeningCons:1. Slightly bigger when u got on ears.Might not suit ppl with small ears. For me it's fine.2. There's a noticeable lag in the audio. But very minute.Verdict:You can go for it, if you are on a budget.

Battery life is not as mentioned
Battery life is running just 24 hours only not as mentioned 80 hours long life. I have not received 1 year warranty bill

Sound quality and fit in my ears
Earburds are looking cool in shape and size fit on my ear. Sound quality and bass is very good. Noise cancelation working very nice and give me clear voice. Very attractive case..The main thing is it's CASE is chargeable so we can take it anywhere. Battery backup and charging fast as per my expectation.
