I am new to these earring support backs but needed something for my droopy lobes to hold up huggie style earrings. My ears have two piercings each, in vertical alignment. The top and bottom piercings on my right ear have merged to become a slit. I found that the flesh colored backing with adhesive worked best for the ear with the slit. The egg shaped one with adhesive was best for the ear with no slit. The little clear circular disks with no adhesive were useless for me. The adhesive on both flesh and egg styles seemed weak and if placement was off the first time, the adhesive was basically gone and a new backing had to be used. Maybe this is standard, I have nothing to compare it to. Overall I am happy and glad I got the variety pack.

I like the tan colored stick-on protectors/disks, have stayed on the back of my ear even through shampoos and showers. They help my thin earlobes hold heavier earrings well, even though one of my pierced holes is elongated. The clear stick-on protectors are a little too long for my particular earlobes so I would need to trim them down. The clear plastic disks do not work well with the metal backs to my earrings. Perhaps I'm not clear on how to best use them.

I love the little round disks with the pre-punched hole. They are easy to use and I wish this there were more of them. The flesh colored round ones don't have a hole and they are really, oddly thick. Not sure what I'd use them for, maybe bumpers or pads for doors, desk items etc. The oval ones work great as supports for heavier earrings, but you need a pointy enough earring in order to push through the backer because they are no pre-punched. So, a bit of waste with this set, but useful none the less.

My ear lobes are stretched out so when I wear earrings they’re usually drooping. These earring support thingys are the perfect solution to hold earrings in place.

I did not know what or how to use the plastic clear disks.
