My favorite purchase.
So glad I got this one!!! So simple to use and doesn't take up hardly any space. This thing is perfect for my little apartment. Washer more powerful than I thought and the little spin dryer has clothes coming out almost dry. Wash basically everything. Put in a pair of jeans, yoga pants and 3 shirts and washed them perfect. Only thing is when I washed my bras, they got bunched up. Maybe wash one at a time.

Great, but doesn't live very long.
I'm pretty disappointed. I actually really liked this washer, but after a little over a year of use (I bought it in January 2017) the spin dry has stopped working for no apparent reason. I bought this to help with baby laundry because I don't have a washer/dryer hookup in my apartment, but have had to basically stop using it because ringing the clothes out by hand leaves them too wet and they take forever to dry (not to mention that ringing them out by hand is ridiculously time consuming). If it had a longer life cycle, I would have given it a 4. It's a great little machine but its lint catching feature isn't great and it often drips out the sides or back despite following guidance on how much to put in it.

Great solution for washing clothes on a budget!
I bought this washer/dryer because I live in an apartment with no hookups, and the local laundromat closed. The closest one is a 10 minute walk away. Having a girlfriend and 2 messy dogs, we go through too much laundry a week make the trek and spend hours at the laundromat. This nifty thing has been really helpful for us!It kinda reminds me of the easy-bake oven version of a washer. It's not super big (just a little awkwardly shaped) and pretty lightweight - I can easily pick it up and carry it from room to room. The plastic tubes they supply are basically useless for hooking up to the sink and will easily fall off. What I do is put the entire thing in the bathtub and throw in about half of a normal load. Then I fill it about 80% full with water. You just plop your soap right in where the clothes go and set it to wash cycle (15 mins). It really does get your clothes squeaky clean. Then you drain the water which comes out through the hose.Next comes the spin dryer. This is basically the spin cycle on a normal washer and goes from 1-5 mins. There is no heat involved. It will not completely dry your clothes, but it does a great job of getting the excess water out. The spinner can be a little bit finicky and the entire unit will wobble, unless you push down on the lid for the first 5 seconds. Just takes some practice. The spinner can only fit a few items at a time (like, 2 towels) so best to do the drying incrementally. If you want your clothes super dry just hang them after the spin cycle for a few hours. Note that it really doesn't remove any lint or pet hair which has been a bit of a drawback.I really love this thing - it has saved me a ton of time at the laundromat. I can use it whenever I want from the comfort of my own apartment. After using it for a month, I barely noticed a difference in my electricity bill thus saving the money I would've spent at the laundromat or on obscenely expensive wash and fold. I know it will definitely pay for itself. This is a great device with a few minor flaws but definitely a great investment if you don't have access to a washer/dryer.

Great option for small home living.
Excellent. Had to watch a youtube video to figure it out, but after that it really works well. The included instructions are really lacking. Coupled this with a 3 arm stand for pants and a clothes drying hanger, drip dry hangers and pants clip hangers. If I hang it up properly it all drys out super fast. wash, spin out soapy water, rinse spin, flip the load and rinse spin.Washer takes a half standard load, spin compartment takes a quarter load. All in all it takes about 30-45 minutes for a half load. This is OK with me as I live in a single with no hookups, this prevents me from having to wait till late night and walk down to the laundry house in my questionable rental complex. I've already put it through about 4 loads and its fine. One thing to watch out for is putting in too much soap. I thought I was doing well but I apparently overloaded it and when it spun out the soap, the rinse spin mixed up the soap, causing the pump to stop pumping. I had to pick up the unit and place it on the edge of my tub so that the pump wasn't fighting gravity, and it pumped out some dense soap foam. Then it worked just fine. DON'T overload the spinner or you will burn out the motor! You can only wash one pair of pants along with shirts and other things, but two pairs of denim pants, even alone, is too much for the washer to spin. Only spin one pair of pants and maybe a shirt. Now I just need to figure out how to get the pants to not be so stiff after hang drying them. It's pretty quite so long as the load is balanced.Would definitely recommend one of these for anyone looking for a convenient solution for small apartment cleaning.

Didnt work for me
Washed a few shirts and the neck stretched on 3 of them. If your not careful water will get everywhere. The rinsing part works well. Not worth the trouble. Returning

I put the discharge hose in the sink just like the lady in the other video and the ground ...
Flooded water everywhere the first try - I only had the tub half full of water to be on the safe side - it still flooded!I put the discharge hose in the sink just like the lady in the other video and the ground is perfectly flat here, the device is junkReturning and would not recommend to anyone, such a huge waste of time and effort

Almost a five-star purchase
Load size was larger than I expected, very easy to use (instruction manual leaves some steps out but machine is pretty self-explanatory), and washer is very powerful, which is a plus for my husband's work clothes. The hoses that come with the machine are crap, and I just use our adjustable shower wand to fill the machine. Would definitely purchase again.
