What is the difference between the rebound stick and the forwards?

As said above the taper size is different between the two with The Rebound being longer but the rebound 7a pop off the drums and symbols a lot better for a more controlled sounding drum roll and hat hat fills...The Forwards are for more of a power drumming style while the Rebound is for more of a finesse/Agilitized style of drumming... I’m a Rebound 7a guy and have no intention of ever using another type of stick other than these Promark active grip Sticks... They are amazing

Are these the lightest sticks available?

Probably not but I will say that they are very light.

Yes, these sticks have an acorn shaped tip on them. They sound good! You can see what I'm talking about here - https://musicalpros.com/beginners-guide-drum-sticks/ On that page they show you what various tips look like.

Why does the description say 5B, but the photos show 5A?

The 5B are a tad thicker and heavier. I use both, the 5A seem faster after using 5B’s. I like them both. The clear are same as the black. Same feel and “stickyness”.
