I have ordered 72 sticks pack of 2 but I only got 64 sticks...

The incense stick has sweet pleasant and long lasting fragrance. The sticks burning time is also good. However, the number of sticks is 32X2=64 instead of 72 as given in the product description. In the last purchase also the number of sticks was 64, but by the time I noticed the discrepancy, the slot for giving review was closed.

I have tried many brands and finally i settled on this one for daily multiple time use. Fragrance is very good like chandan masala agarbatti and it is natural so no harm to body. If balaji is 10/10 then woods is 8.5/10 but the cost of woods is less than half of balaji. So i prefer woods for daily use.

I had used this product in past as well. It's good one. Normally I purchase Woods from market but this time I ordered it through Amazon.While on Amazon site n description it says: 72 sticks for Pack of 2. It means 36 sticks/ box however the received packet reads 32 sticks/ box.Overall quality of the product is truly awesome. It lasts for more than an hour. fragrance is very nice and soothing. But quantity mentioned on amazon website is 72 sticks in 2 packs. it means quantity shall be 36 sticks per pack but actually per pack contains only 32 sticks. Therefore, per pack contains 4 sticks less so in totality 8 sticks are less considering 2 packs. It is really ridiculous, absurd and an unethical practice by Amazon. They must mention the correct quantity per pack of this product on their site coz this wrong info. gives "Cheated" feeling to us as we buy certain quantity for getting it little cheaper. It's not brand's mistake but totally Amazon's fault. They shall mention correct quantity in product info. which will help us to take right decision in future.
