The little black container it shows is NOT a part of this machine but there is a cool compartment inside the rig. Which is pretty cool.

crap
worked 1 week slide on lighter broke not to mention the random leakage of water into bowl ruining the experience..could not use it returned..waste of time their erig is a better product

The first use is great the more you use it there's wax everywhere.
The media could not be loaded. I don't like the wax getting all over where you put the wax in. Can you get more of the little wax or flower things that go in the bowl?

BADA*S!! Few minor glitches
Overall, it’s a great product…but a few things that are annoying when in use. #1.) the flame & the glass piece that holds the water & where the mouthpiece is located are too close together. I have really long hair & I constantly have to be making sure my hair isn’t getting burned while hitting this & the heat from the flame makes your face get hot while taking a hit so I’m always stopping and starting my hit. #2.) the cap is a screw on yet it comes with the magnetic poker..? The cap is too heavy for the poker so u can’t really use it to unscrew the cap. I have to balance the cap instead of screwing and unscrewing it and my bowl peice is always falling out. But overall I like the product, it works well and does what it’s supposed to do. one of my bowl peices arrived broken in half. Thankfully it’s the one I don’t use, so it wasn’t a big deal. But still it should’ve been wrapped or something.

Good.. but...
Too easily knocked over ruining the whole experience. The base needs to be wider so a simple table bump doesnt knock over the rig and break 20 dollar bubbler or worse the 30 dollar one. A little fore thought and maybe real life usage before going to market would have went along way to a better product. Ill call this one an ALMOST. Also wax telnds to drip on the buner causing torch issues. Meh.

Easy to use ,easy to clean
Not sure why there are negative reviews.Heats consistently.Easy to clean. Nice burn, and good glass mouth feel. New mouth piece upgrade is great! For under $100.00 this is a great piece. Quick shippingJust try it!
