Candle destroyed

I ordered this for my son’s birthday because he really loves cats. I really only needed the white cat, because we are doing a neutral theme photoshoot for birthday pictures. They arrived today and the white cat was completely destroyed and unusable! They also don’t match the photo description, the cats have different colored collars and are a much brighter orange than pictured.
