Love the quality of the printer and the ink but the app you have to use to print off this. Is HORRIBLE . Makes the whole printer not worth it. Crashes, freezes with every move you make. Takes about 20 minutes to print 3 labels if you’re lucky.

Love, love, love this label maker. No expensive refills required as it uses thermal paper. I can get clip art online and use it on this. I’ve been on a labeling frenzy since I got this device.

I've been using this little printer for the last few weeks and I'm pleased so far. The free app is good and works fine for what I need. I do wish it was a little more intuitive for printing inventory tags. I keep a spreadsheet that I import over and it would be nice if the app could just pull over the new spreadsheet info without having to make adjustments to the tag template I created. But even so, it's pretty easy to fix any adjustments because whatever you do to one tag flows out to every other tag on the print list. Bluetooth connection can be slow at times, but I've always been able to get it to connect. Overall for the price it's great.

Fast printing and ideal for addressing letters

Great product and so easy to use with so many functions and different templates. Amazing product!

First off, the product looks absolutely beautiful, there's absolutely nothing wrong with the quality of it at all. Some minor things are that you can only use it from a Bluetooth device, unlike a printer where you can connect it to a network and use it via your computer. You'll need to do all of your label making from your phone.There is a software issue where if you put in the labels that it comes with, it will automatically recognize the type of label it is, but then when you accept it instead of declining and inputting your own values, the machine wont work properly, spitting out blank labels continuously. And it tries to ask you every single time you use the device if you want to switch to this nonsense.Print quality is ok, nothing spectacular. It works well for what most people may use it for.
