Q: Are these not able to be turned off making for short battery life?

Hello, See intrusions below. Turn on: Press button that is underneath the doll or shake to wake up Turn off: Press and hold button for 4 seconds Auto off: Sprite and amulet will both turn off after a period of inactivity Rest: Remove batteries and reinstall to rest

Q: The necklace is flashing red how do i fix this?

The. Necklace e is trying to synch with the light on the doll - make sure the doll is turned on with the small sliding button on the bottom, then push the button on the crystal necklace one or more times until they are both the same color. Once they are in synch, they will change color together. Once both the doll and the necklace are left alone, they will both shut off.

Q: Are the stands sold separately? The ones I purchased did not come with stands.

Each doll comes with an Amulet and its own Moon Stand. There should have been a Moon Stand included in the package with the doll.
