Monoprice 12/24 Screw for Rack, 50 Piece, Carbon Steel, 19mm, Black

I needed screws for my 19" CPI Chatsworth 2-post rack. They appear to work well for holding a rack shelf.

Exactly what you need. Cheap and acceptably well made. I bought these after I bought a similar batch in the wrong size.

If you’ve ever dealt with wrong threads, soft metal, stripped heads, and spinning rails — you understand the rage. These fit properly. They seat clean. They hold. Finally.

Finding the proper length and turn count is the hardest thing about these. They fit my rack easily and look pretty decent. They are glaze painted gloss black so they look nice so long as you don't goof them up when putting them in. They scratch easy and fell like they are also aluminum. I didn't do a magnet check, they just feel light for the size and scratch easy. I don't know the brand or model of my network rack so I'm sorry I can't help on compatibility. Just count the number of turns/threads in a half inch and multiply by 2 (or an inch total). Should give you a good guess to start out trying.

They're the right size, and they work. The design reduces the risk of stripped threads in aluminum relay racks. Comes in a compact cardboard box with inner bag; easily resealable, minimal waste.

What can I say about this screw that hasn't already been said about other life changing products that have landed on Amazon in the past few decades? I have never had a screw like this. I will literally never forget this screw. The fit and finish are on par with some of the most expensive sports cars in the world. The powder coating is tough as nails, the threads are as clean as a Christian comedy show. A number 2 screwdriver fits perfectly into the slot with zero slop which prevents stripping. Imagine having a screw with no stripping.....this is the screw you want. 10/10 best screw I have ever paid for.

They are screws - they fit correctly, all are black and they work. Not much else to say!

No lo compren, no trae la rosca estándar y no entra en el rack

Prices are too expensive for Canadian users (probably due to shipping). Homedepot sells this machine screw (without the pilot) for 8$ for 100 pieces. The quality control is very bad as you can see on the picture. Out of 50 screws, there's about 10 screws that does not have the cap centered. Low China quality :(
