Had to upgrade my rack after buying a 55lb ebike. This rack is super sturdy fits both size hitches. Has a nice glossy finish also with good adjustability for different size bikes. My box came damaged and was missing a few nuts and washers. I reached out and they promptly sent me the spare parts needed so customer service was great!! I’ve used the rack a few times so far and it’s way more sturdy than my old one. If you have an ebike and need something that priced right for the budget minded without sacrificing quality this is your rack. I reviewed multiple racks from Amazon and etrailer. This was the hands down winner!

Very easy to assemble. Have a 1 1/4" hitch and this came with a threaded locking pin. It tightened up the entire assembly. Would recommend to most everyone.

Set up is easy. Work well with 2 bikes but does wiggle some. Fixed with bungy cords. Not an issue. Left rack on my truck when not hauling bikes and lost one of the tire holders. So for time being can only haul one bike. Having trouble finding any warranty info or how to order a new part. Just discovered that I was missing the tire holder this morning. So still researching. Rated mid level because of lost part, how it fell off is a mystery. Also doesn't have a lock so rated that low. Follow up:. Seller contacted me and send me the part I needed. Upgraded to a 5.

The bar that attaches to the hitch of the car fits perfectly and doesn’t wobble. Both of the bars that fold are very wobbly. I added some washers to the vertical bar that holds the bike and it lessen the wobble. Wobbling is from the joints of the pull pin, both of them. So this worries me if I want to go on a long drive. A small hump make loud noises. Also the pull pin is not very easy to pull. I’m a small woman and those pull pins are not convenient as they seem. Also the pin that attaches to the car hitch is threaded it will take time to attach and remove this. It does the job and it was easy to assemble. I think the price is too much for the quality. I had to buy other materials to prevent it from wobbling. The key lock for the pin that is included gets stuck when i try to turn the key. I had to spray wd-40 on it. I tried it on the joint pins too. But still too tight. I would recommend this for short drives and smooth paved roads but not for long driving or dirt roads. I would not recommend this unless you’re strong and buff because of how tight the pull pins are. This product needs a lot of improvement. Find something long lasting.

Great rack for the money. I have a heavy e bike. I only use it for a single bike because my bike is so heavy. I also replaced all of the hardware with stainless steel nuts bolts a screws. I did this because my previous rack from a well known brand Had shown weakness and rusting from it's hardware, I did it out of an abundance of caution and desire to get a longer life from the rack.

Excellent product but it does not fit well in a 2 inch receiver. It wobbles a lot since the adaptor from 1.5 in to 2.0 it’s loose. Maybe the problem could be fixed by welding the adaptor but I did not want to try that and make modifications to the product. I spent hours on the computer trying to contact Amazon about getting my refund. Very frustrating experience.

It's not real sturdy, and I think it's a little crooked but it works great and is inexpensive. I use it to hall 2 Aventon Level 2 Ebikes and have had no problems. I usually remove the batteries which takes off about 16 lbs. but I have even left the batteries on for short halls. Works fine and have no regrets buying it.

I have used this product twice now. Once it is put together it is not difficult to use, however I have had some issues and concerns. First of all the pin that secures this product to the hitch is threaded. Which add an extra layer of frustration to the installing and uninstalling of this item as I do not drive around with it permanently in place. Finding a replacement pin will be difficult since the threads make the slot narrow. I also find this product to be very wobbly, which makes me wonder how long this item will hold up in the long run as it bounces around so much. Finally securing the bike to this product requires additional items I have had to purchase. This was made evident when I drove over a speed bump at a reasonable speed and the bike flew off and hit the ground. The 2 Velcro ties for the tires are useless, along with the plastic drop down anchor. I could imagine if there was some sort of locking pin for the drop down anchor it would be more secure instead of the inferior plastic teeth. Not to mention the wobble and jarring movement the bike does while secured in place. I have thought about checking into the return policy, but I have been busy. And I have since through the box and everything away so not sure what could be done at this point anyways. I chose this product simply cause I have an electric bike that is heavy for most products out there and a slightly different frame design that this product should work for, where others would not. I don’t think I would trust this to a long road trip, however for my short trips to and from the park and local bike trails it will serve its purpose for now. But I do see myself upgrading or changing in the near future.
