Great length but maybe get larger gauge
Great cables but lower gauge makes jumping a Van or Truck from a sedan near impossible. My mistake when purchasing but works great with sedan to sedan. Length makes very convenient to use. Wish i had purchased larger gauge but great in a pinch.

Peace of mind
I ordered these jumper cables as a gift for my daughter who was dead in the water in Philadelphia and didn't know anyone. They arrived very quickly and she was able to get back on the road with help from a neighbor. The convenience of Amazon was outstanding. I feel better knowing my daughter has a set of jumper cables in case of emergency now. The fact that they have a nice case they have earned a spot in the back of her car.

They are the REAL heavy duty DEAL
I bought these for my 17 yr. old son D's 1st. car . I wanted to start him off with high quality EMERGENCY equipment of his own. There are plenty of lower priced jumper sets out there that LOOK similar ,some even cost $9.99 , but you get a product that's made with the cheapest components possible . Cheap will fail when most needed. D got a 1st. hand example of cheapo failure when in the school lot, one of his schoolmates asked another for a jump and the ground clamp came off the cable in his hand, that was," a lesson learned, for all concerned. ". As this was pre driver's license days and, I was still picking him up, D asked me if he could help them. Without a word he walked over with my jumper set , correctly did the connections , start up, and disconnect. The 2 boys &1 girl had their heads together for a few minutes , the owner of the cheapo set hefted ours and was shaking his head, when the girl asked a question , D produced his cell phone and showed them the YOUTUBE video on how to properly connect & disconnect jumper cables.Smiles all around ,handshakes etc. PS that same video is in my wife's phone and I just bought a portable battery jumper on Amazon for each of our 3 vehicles.
