完全なイタリア料理おレシピ本ですが・・・
ほぼ満足出来るイタリア料理のレシピ集です。料理の写真も多く、説明も大雑把ですが、数多くの料理を紹介するので若干簡略ぎみです。只、カンノーリは中身のチーズクリームの製法は書かれていますが、カンノーリセルの製法が書かれていません！多分イタリアのお気に入りのお店で購入してくださいと言う事でしょうね。仕方がないのでカンノーリ・セルの製法の書かれているレシピ本を購入しなければなりませんでした。イタリアの伝統的なお菓子でしたから、書かれていていてもおかしくないですけどね。
