My only complaint is that it should have a place for kids to put their feet up which is why is doesn't get 5 stars. It rides really smooth and has never tipped over. My daughter weights 37 pounds. Customer service is AWFUL as I have called twice to see about getting it replaced in case I got dud but they were not help.
