Ginger People Ginger Minced Org, 6.7oz (Pack of 4)

I have been using Ginger People products for at least 25 years now. I have some digestive issues and the juice and minced ginger are very soothing in tea or broth. I also use these products in cooking and they add a nice zing. The taste is superior to any other brands I have tried; I recently purchased some so-called squeeze ginger at a grocery store and after one taste I tossed it into the trash! So I recommend Ginger People. It costs more but I feel it’s worth it.

I put this in tea. It’s a great product.

Inadequate packaging left a broken container to deal. Not worth the effort of sending back, not worth ever purchasing this way again.Use the product regularly was hoping to save a little by purchasing in bulk with the extra holiday cooking.

This minced ginger is so convenient for baking and mixing into beverages. The flavor is spicy and bright. But. It doesn’t ship well. I’ve purchased it multiple times. Invariably one or more jars arrive broken. The way they break varies. The tops are off, the bottom breaks out, there are cracks down the side, etc. The jars are always in a thin layer of bubble wrap, but are often loose in a larger box with little to no other packing material.In the past I’ve been refunded for the broken items. That’s not possible anymore so I‘ll be looking for another source of minced ginger.

Not the red-headed ginger lovers, although you can enjoy it also.I didn't know what to expect with this jarred ginger because the brand I previously purchased was mediocre at best. This one is bright, tastes like freshly minced ginger in cooking and is of excellent quality. Near daily use of ginger in my cooking means I go through a lot of roots.When the box arrived, one jar was broken and it smelled sooooo good. The company took car of the replacement and I will continue to order this product from them.

Overall a good size. Price is fair and time from order until receipt is good

I always like to have these handy. They add nice flavor and complement seasonings.
