I have heel spurs, and it is hard to stand on my feet more often than not. These socks make my feet hurt more and I had constant pain while wearing them. I would not recommend this product to anyone who has heel spurs. But instead I will say, there is really really light pain when I walk, but it allows me to do just that walk. There is no limping, no oowing and ahhing, and no holding on to things when I get up to keep from falling. I recommend this protect to whomever needs support from heel spurs, these socks are truly a relief.
