Should be taken at bedtime to enhance sleep and reduce muscle cramping.
Excellent source of magnesium. I take it at bedtime to relieve leg cramps and enhance restful sleep. I researched this company thoroughly and find PURE products to be of high quality.

Deep Sleep and Vivid Dreams
I have been very pleased with Pure Encapsulations Magnesium (Citrate). While I cannot personally vouch for the metabolism benefits, I can confidently say this supplement has been a game changer for my sleep. Within about thirty minutes of taking it, I begin to feel noticeably drowsy, and once I fall asleep the rest is deep and restorative. I have also noticed my dreams have become quite vivid, sometimes even a little unusual, but I see this as a sign of just how well I am resting. Helps with sleep
This magnesium was recommended by my naturopathic doctor to help with sleep and constipation. Great product and really helps me fall asleep and stay asleep.

High quality and gentle magnesium supplement
I’ve been using Pure Encapsulations Magnesium Citrate for about a month, and overall it has been really beneficial. I feel less tense in my muscles and my sleep has improved. I wake up more refreshed. The capsule is gentle on my stomach; no GI upset so far, which is a big plus. There are a few things that keep me from giving it 5 stars: the size of the capsule is a bit large, which makes it slightly hard to swallow sometimes.

Easy to swallow capsules, but I wish they had a higher dose so I could get by with fewer. Nice large quantity!
