Not bad taste but too expensive
I tried the FMD 28-day plan and phase 2 was the absolute worst for me. During those 2 days of each week, you have to get your protein from meat and I'm not really a big meat eater so it was really difficult for me. When I saw this shake offered, I figured I'd try it since I was fully committed to the plan. The price is quite high for the amount you get and it's definitely not something I would purchase again unless you are doing the plan. I was really worried about the taste based on other reviews but it really wasn't bad at all. I tried a couple of the flavor hacks in the beginning but didn't like most of them. The only flavor hack I really liked for this shake was the almond extract one. The shake on its own isn't bad at all and I definitely preferred drinking this to eating all that animal protein 5 times a day. I used this as my breakfast and for at least 1 of the snacks.

Pretty sure there's wheat in this
I liked this shake but I have a strong wheat/gluten allergy and this sails through me fast - just the way any product with wheat/gluten does. I don't mind Hailey Pomroy making money. In fact, I sought out this product because I wanted to put money in her pocket to thank her for the amazing Fast Metabolism Diet. But the diet forbids wheat/gluten - and I'm 99.9% sure this is contaminated. She should get the testing redone to a stricter standard or by a different testing firm. Either way, if you have this problem, avoid this product.

I like the fact that it isn't thick
I've never been a fan of "protein" type shakes, but this one is ok. I like the fact that it isn't thick. The taste is fine. I don't sit there going, "oh, this is so good" and enjoy it slowly. I just pretty much down it and move on to eating my vegetables that I have to eat with it. I will buy it again as it is easy and convenient for Phase 2 of the FMD.

I don't trust anyone else but Haylie Pomroy to keep me healthy. I use her shakes for all 3 phases, and Phase 2 is my favorite. I spike it with a bit of ginger and a few drop of Steevia. I do understand why some people "don't click" with her shakes. I'm just glad I'm not one of them. That said, I did still have to "let them grow on me" at first and I eventually came to love them. Taste-wise, ease-wise, and health-wise - I am a happy consumer..

Very green powder, taste better than it looks
We used this to complement our green smoothies in the morning when in FMD (Fast Metabolism Diet). We use it veggie, fruit, and/or sweet potato, sometimes cocoa, and/or vanilla extract. It looks a lot worse than it tastes!

This powder tastes much better than stage 3
This powder tastes much better than stage 3. I can mix it with just water and ice and no problem drinking. Stage 3 I always needed to mix with fruit.

LESS THAN 3/4 FULL AND NO SCOOP
when i opened the container, it looked like it was half full, and no scoopit tastes like crap, but since it is for a diet, i understand,I do not understand the contents, or why not use a smaller container
