My hair was super dry and frizzy, it's way more swishy and moisturised with using this for a month, even better now I've just had my first haircut since having a baby. Such a good conditoner and value for money. It smells highly fragranced and I do have sensitive skin when it comes to that so dependant on how my hormones decide to be during the month it can be mildly irritating to the edges of my face but nothing major, just a little redness the next day but definitely fine 95% of the time.
