Package broken, near expired, no allowed return, trash!

Last two orders came in caked up.
My last two orders came in caked up. Seems like this product is warehoused in a humid place and it gets lumpy and can't mix well with water. Not all packets are like this but product is too expensive to throw even 1 packet away.

Packet was damage inside the box . I hardly found 10 packet good rest are damaged.
