They clean your teeth and take the stain from smoke off them and you have a much better clean. If you don't smoke then get the whitening but smokers are stronger than whitening ones and I have been using them for 20+ years. **Q: Hello folks, I see it says soak for 15 minutes. Can I soak dentures overnight in this solution without a problem?** A: Yes you can. I have done it for over 20+ years and still same teeth. If you smoke then soak dentures in smokers only for it cleans much better. Whitening ones are not good for smokers, and they don't clean as good either for smokers. **Q: What flavor is added?** A: Sort of minty, but really can't taste it. **Q: Is this over night polident?** A: The smokers polydent should be used for a minimum 15 minutes, but you could leave it overnight if you wanted.
