Calm Magnesium Supplement, Anti-Stress Drink Mix Powder, Gluten Free, Vegan, & Non-GMO, Orange, 8 oz

My provider recommended this to me as an alternative to prescriptions. It was very much worth the cost. The taste is very doable, it’s an orange citrus flavor, slightly tart but not overly tart for a magnesium. It mixes well for each serving, I can tell a huge difference in my relaxation and sleeping. I truly feel the effects from drinking it before bed. I love that it’s not sedating, there is no after taste or residual after drinking. I can’t wait to try other flavors, will be reordering this product! Awesome quantity for recommended daily dose. Doesn’t require a lot to get effectiveness of the product.

I love calm I will constantly buy this product it works very well it relaxes my body and puts me to sleep however I do think they need to come up with different flavors like kiwi strawberry strawberry and banana I think different flavors would benefit a lot of people except instead of having two flavors have more I highly recommend calm to anybody it works wonders but you just need more flavors

ALWAYS speak to your physician before starting new supplements. They can interact negatively with your current medications and can worsen certain medical conditions. Magnesium is a great supplement to help calm the body and mind, but the form used in this brand (magnesium carbonate) is not well absorbed in the gut. In fact, this form is more likely to cause loose stool than any other form. This form of magnesium is not highly available in the body, therefore this product should not be used if you are truly looking to increase your magnesium levels. Better forms for mental health and supplementation include magnesium glycinate, magnesium taurate, and magnesium malate. For me personally, I don't notice much of an effect for this supplement. For me, it seems to work about the same as a cup of camomile tea. I've taken it during the day and have not experienced drowsiness. I do feel like this helps me fall asleep quicker if taken about thirty minutes before bed, helps calm the mind down.

I take this daily, orange is the best flavor in my opinion. I feel like it helps to calm postpartum racing heart. I don’t notice any other effects and take it along side my other vitamins no issues.
