I bought the fountain pen first, then the ballpoint to complete the set. This pen writes very well. It's beautiful, too.

At the top has a very little scratch though not serious but for that price I am more chosy so hope check carefully before sending abroad!

This pen is a joy to look at. It is well made and it has the Parker traditional quality. This pen is a practicable alternative to a messy roller ball or a messy fountain pen. You need a ball point or a gel for sustained note taking.
