Packing was good and secure. Works like charm. No noise at all.. assembling was pretty easy with the manual to guide. Totally worth the money spent.. if you're in doubt about finding the right fountain for your beloved pet go for it. Will post a review after a month about the product life.. so far so good!!Edit 1: after two weeks of using the fountain motor stopped working.. requested for replacement.. as it is understandable that the electronics can fail but if there is a way to buy the adapter separately that will be fine.. I’m not sure how long the replacement product will work too.. Seller should let know if there a link where we can buy the 5w motor. Reduced 2 stars for defective motor..Edit 2: Got the replacement.. it works like charm for more than 6 months now. All electronics might have some issues. If you're lucky you'll get the best on the first purchase. Overall a good product. Quality check could be taken seriously by the manufacturer.Edit 3: This fountain and pump works till date after 2 years. Pro hint: use RO water do not use hard water this will prolong the life of the pump.
