Honestly, these are the best brownies I've made at home - vegan! The mix is brilliant and so easy to work with. My recipe is simple: one cup of organic oat milk, one teaspoon of salt, and chia seeds as my egg replacement (they work perfectly for binding). But I also add a special secret ingredient that truly makes these magical - and trust me, it takes them to another level entirely! The results? Absolutely fabulous every single time. Deep, rich chocolate flavour with that perfect fudgy texture you dream about. Look at that gorgeous crackly top! They come out looking like proper bakery brownies, and the taste is even better. Dense, moist, and intensely chocolatey without being sickly sweet. What makes this mix stand out is how reliable it is. No faff, no complicated steps - just mix your ingredients and bake. The chia seeds create the perfect texture without any eggy taste, and my secret addition makes these genuinely unforgettable. Perfect for when you need a chocolate fix or want to impress guests (trust me, no one will guess they're vegan). Being plant-based is just a bonus because these brownies are genuinely outstanding on their own merit. I keep a box in my cupboard now because once you try these brownies you’ll want to make them again and again. If you’re after proper indulgent vegan brownies that truly deliver on taste and texture this is the one! I’m amazed they’re gluten-free and I think they’re a good value for money.

These are simple to make - just add milk and butter (or plant based equivalents), and they taste good. You can add extras if you want (dark chocolate chips for example). The texture is nice, moist and rich. There isn't that much mix though - if you put it in a 20cmx20cm tin then it barely reaches the corners so the brownies come out really thin. They would be better in a smaller tin (maybe 15cm*15cm) to give deeper brownies.

Delicious! So glad there’s an affordable and tasty gluten free mix. The brownie mix is one of the best brownies I’ve had. So easy to make. Just mix with milk and melted butter. I add chocolate chunks in too for extra indulgence. Ready in 15’mins in the air fryer. Love that no egg is required too as I have an intolerance to egg and many gluten free cakes in shops still have egg.

My own fault for not properly acknowledging reviews or ingredients. This is just the sweetened flour and raising agent. You add banana, butter, eggs, vanilla and cinnamon (hilariously gives a list of other customisable ingredients like caramel and chocolate chips that it also doesn't include!). Bit of a let down.

Dude these are the best brownies I’ve ever had, literally. Even before having to eat gluten and diary free I hadn’t had a brownie this good

false advertising no banana in it so it basically a plain bread mix it might as well be called raisen bread or coconut bread mix as you need buy and mash bananas yourself and could easy use raisens or coconut instead
