Helpful for obsessive thoughts also helps me with sleep and reducing agitation. Take them with breaks in-between otherwise I can't feel the effects. Just 1 a day, when I do take them. They do smell like old dirty socks which is distinctive smell of NAC, reassures me they're the real thing I guess

I bought it as an aid to try to reduce food cravings and it helps noticeably after the first dose will definitely continue taking it
