Very sturdy bamboo. I thought it would be a bit thicker. Ordered it for my chicks to roost on in mini coops. Smaller pieces bow a bit, but larger pieces are just fine. Nice groves make it easy to cut with proper tool without splitting. Quality product.

I used these to prop up my Patio tomatoes. I had a pretty good yield last Summer and needed 3 of these for each plant to stake them properly. Worked great and they can be reused for this year's crop.

Sturdy and the right length!

These are really for small light weight plants not for tomatoes. Similar to getting 1/4 inch stake from trees. If you want something stronger, don't buy these. They will however, work in supporting lighter plants that need support.

Like the variations in diameters. Which allows different types and ways of tidying/holding tall and slim plants in place. The bamboo feels quite sturdy especially the larger diameters one. May need strings and more than one to hold plants with heavier body. Good tool and aid for any gardeners.
