Lymph Drainage assistance
You can find cheaper elsewhere. It's a smooth piece of wood. Nothing special. I do have to say though using pressure while along gating strokes against lower half of the body and the sides of body feel great afterwards. It can feel painful in some areas, but endure it; it's worth the pain.

Very well made
Excellent for doing Gua Sha on arms, legs and neck. The wood is beautiful and feels like silk on the skin.

Overall nice set
I utilize this set for Body Sculpting. The handle on the Swedish Cup separated from the bell during the initial use. Nothing a little super glue could not fix, but still. The other pieces have given me to issues. The set works well.

Packaging sucks and chipped tool
The media could not be loaded. The items look good. One of them is chilled. And the bag it came with looks really old, with tears and nasty with residue.Hopefully the items are not cheap!
