I'm 62 years old, 178cm, 85kg. I've worn this twice so far for weighted hikes - 11 km in two hours and 8 km in 90 minutes. I have 32 weights fitted at the moment, for a total vest weight of exactly 7 kg. Comfort has been surprisingly good - excellent, in fact. No pressure on the shoulders, just a snug hug around the torso, but no problem with breathing. For value, flexibility and performance I would give it five stars. However, it is quite awkward to put on and take off, even with just 32 weights (of 96 supplied) so far. I find it best to keep the straps fastened, but loose. If I leave them fully undone it is very difficult to thread them together again once the vest is on. An assistant might be handy, especially as the weight is increased. I'll find out soon enough as I'll be adding another 32 weights for my next excursion. Recommended. Edit : Two more, shorter, undulating rucks (5.3 km and 3.3 km) completed, with 64 weights for 13.35 kg total vest weight (15% of body weight). Feeling the pressure on the shoulders, but still pretty comfortable. Photos added. Edit 2 : Score increased to five stars as I'm getting the hang of putting it on and taking it off. Still tricky, but getting quicker.

I’m a woman and this added so much value to my exercises! After using it for 10 months I can honestly say I have lost weight and feel lighter and healthier because of it! The only thing I would add is that the strap is too big for me, even when I started using it and had more weight. I have to roll the straps a couple of times to attach the Velcro, but other than that the vest is really good, and the other parts (arms and legs) as well. Love it!

Very well made, fit for purpose, but straps are fiddly, and awkward to reach when wearing. Takes some practice.

Decent bit of kit, all fit great whilst working out and don’t move too much. Comfortable to work, the Velcro straps could do with being thicker for when tightening up, but a great bit of kit for a home gym

I like how you can put a certain amount of weights in them so that their fit able and effective when exercising and how easy to put on and take off.

I’m a big time Amazon shopper and rarely ever put a review. This time this product was very disappointing, not to mention sending back the package was such a hassle it took more than 2/3 weeks before any refund process was initiated. That aside, the product didn’t do what it was advertised for, it couldn’t carry the 20kg without having the side strap ripped. Poor quality on the manufacturing part.

I went out at 4am. this morning with 10kg and walked 10000 steps, moderate walking and it was great. I would normally walk briskly without the vest doing 10000 steps. I am a 74 year old male. I felt very balanced because you can distribute the weights evenly, front and back. No chaffing at all. The velcro straps are perfect and quite manageable on your own. I am pleased i chose this one because it isn't too cumbersome and it can be hidden under a high vis vest.

Die Weste ist super verarbeitet und die mitgelieferten Gewichte reichen für meine Bedürfnisse vollkommen aus. Hab sie jetzt mit 18 von 20 zusätzlichen Kilogramm bestückt und komme beim Powerwalking an meine Grenzen! Die Weste sitzt super aber nach 40-50 Minuten merkt man dann schon den entsprechenden Druck auf den Schultern. Danach weiß man, was man getan hat …!!! Aber genauso soll es ja sein. Bin völlig begeistert 👍👍👍

Lo único que cambiaría en el chaleco es que en lugar de argollas, se le colocará un velcro de mayor tamaño y resitencia, para una mayor facilidad en la colocación y para quitarlo. Para personas relativamente delgadas las cintas/velcro no aprietan al 100. La de los brazos y piernas todo bien. El material es resistente y está bien cosido.
