Is this true?** A: No, the temp is preset @ 400 (unless that has been changed in the past few months) the time yes you can check on your food and adjust the time accordingly at any point while it’s cooking. I LOVE mine. **Q: How do you adjust the temperature?** A: No temperature adjustment **Q: What material(s) is the basket made of?** A: Metal. Plastic would melt. **Q: Does this product make noise?** A: It makes the noise of the air fryer fan. Not too bad. I recommend against this brand though. My rack kept dropping to the floor of the basket, there was a horribly placed handle for you to pull the rack out, which interferes with some foods cooking, and i have to flip the food to get both sides cooked.
