I used these in inpatient physical therapy. They are great for resistance strengthening. They last a long time, too. One word of advice for beginners. Don't cut them too short! This roll of 8 yds I will cut into 3 8 ft pieces. The longer the better, because, in my opinion, it is better to have enough length to wrap the ends around your hands at least one full time so you can have a strong grip on them. Also, if you are tall, it might be smart to cut them even longer, especially if you intend to stretch them around your foot for leg exercises.

Received my green exercise band. Nice big roll. So lay on the floor. Figure your lenth if your doing your foot exercises. And cut it with scissors. Great stuff

Great for my retreat group. I’m giving them out and wanted something that was inexpensive but decent quality. For the price, I guess I don’t mind having to cut them myself.

This one is very strong and hard to stretch. If you are a strong person and want a very hard resistance this one is for you.

I bought a roll of red and a roll of green. I had no problems with the red. The green snapped and broke repeatedly. It was pretty much useless. I don’t know if it was exposed to heat or something that made it more brittle, but the green elastic I received ended up being unusable because it just broke so quickly and easily. No problem with the red for some reason.

I need to exercise with elastic bands to maintain mobility. The physical therapist who prescribed these exercises gave me some bands which last approximately six months before breaking. These bands provide the same resistance at 1/4 the cost of the brand the therapist gave me. If they last more than six weeks before breaking, they're a better bargain. I've used them for a month now with no problem.

Das sind sehr coole Bewegungsbänder oder wie man die nennt. Funktionieren toll. Stärken den Bewegungsapparat und muskulieren Dich dabei auch etwas. Andere Sportgeräte nehmen viel Platz weg und werden nur als Wäscheständer benutzt. Das passiert hier nicht. Meins hängt z.B. an der Tür und verdeckt das Schlüsselloch. Somit hat es seinen Platz gefunden. Nutzt man ja eh nur max ne Woche. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Ich habe das Band sehr wenig genutzt und nach ca 7 Monaten ist es an allen Knicken, die bei dem Versand entstanden sind, löcherig und zerrissen. Ein absolutes no-Go für ein angebliches qualitativ hochwertiges Sportband!!

Das Band in der Stärke grün finde ich gut und ich komme gut damit zurecht. Ich brauche es zur Stärkung meiner Beinmuskeln.
