This will last you forever even if you're applying it every night to a large area of your face or body as well as "spot" applications. Up till thus point, Neutrogena Rapid Spot was the best one I've used, but Replenix shows results much faster. There were some acne spots that mostly went down, but were stubborn to go away for good (you know, that bump that's scarred and discolored, but won't pop). I started applying Replenix. They are slowly going away after the first use. Definitely effective. However, it's very drying to the skin. I've had to use less of it during the day. And at night, I make sure to use my heftier moisturizer afterwards. But it's absolutely worth it.
