As shown in the picture. You could go up, down, left, right. You could find a suitable position. **Q: Does this work for 2020 rav4 hybrid xle?** A: It worked fine for my 2021 RAV4 Prime (plug-in hybrid) which does not have the round control knob (for which the side vertical slots are made) but that did not matter because that part of the vent attachment did not cover too much of the vent. I worked very well for me. **Q: Does this work if your phone has a case?** A: In my case, this holder fits perfectly with a phone with no case. Le système d'accroche est malin et simple, sauf que le couvercle central est juste clipsé et se défait. Si on a la chance de ne perdre aucune des petites pièces, on peut le remonter (en étant un peu adroit), mais le mien a sauté plusieurs fois.
