Can you tell me the distance between the screws, center to center?

I received this product on June 25, 2023, and the distance between the screws is 2.75 inches. (I guess the distance changed over the years.)

What is the spacing on the screw holes? Thank you

Is this cover flat edge to edge or with a canted edge as shown?

The edge is slightly canted on the one I purchased.

WHat are the diameters of the 1" screws?

Very likely to be 8/32 screws - that's standard for ceiling-mount boxes and mud rings.
