Do they erase off of chalkboard boards well?

Yes! I have both a white board and a chalk board and with some windex or other cleaner and paper towels, it’s easy to clean. I bought them for a chalkboard specifically, really makes the color pop against the black.

Can these be used on windows? I want to decorate my windows for my granddaughter

These are very runny and drippy. I don't think they will work on a vertical surface. I had trouble with these on a horizontal service with stencils. The color comes out too fast and too liquidy. I actually sent them back.

Can you use these on mirros, and will it come off easily?

Yes and depends where the mirror is. The one in my bathroom it washed off with the bathroom steam, but outside of that it stays pretty well.
