The second book in the series was just as good as the first. The bad guys got taken down friendship and love developed because of strive to get to the truth. Families reunited. Let’s see what happens in the next series. Does Liem and Sophie relationship develop into something lasting.

This book had Me reaching for it every chance I could! I'm really looking forward to the next enjoying the next book in this series.

The suspense theme/plot was full of intrigue, but the character development and romance were subpar. It’s extremely difficult to write highly passionate scenes that evoke a sensual response. This author glosses over the details of the passion, that when written well, make the reader feel the tingle for themselves. Although an okay read, I’m looking for those romance novels that take me along for the ride. I want to be immersed in the romantic journey, and this author falls short of this destination.

This book has wonderful characters and great mystery and suspense with some twists. I really enjoyed the way the story unfolds. Very enjoyable book!

I’m going to stick it out with this author since I am late hopping into reading her stories. This is only the second book of hers that I’ve read and I am hoping that once I get into her Stealth Op series I will see something more in her writing. This book wasn’t bad, but it seemed to lack depth in both the plot and the characters. Aiden and Ava meeting and falling for each other in a week was a stretch for me and I’m a die hard romantic who always wants an HEA. Again, not a bad book, but it was okay and I finished it so that says it had something worth reading.
