Great mount easy to Install
Gave it five stars even with one small flaw. To start it comes with everything you need to mount and the lag bolts they supply are heavy duty and good quality! I do recommend finding a stud. The mount is wider than a 2x4 that is why I screwed a 2x6 into the stud then the mount to the 2x6.The one flaw. The carabiners they supply are too small for a heavy bag. Not a big deal I just went out and got heavier duty ones. Just know that if you are getting a quality heavy bag you will need to run out and get some.

What you want in a small space
I used this to hang an 80lb heavy bag. Well built and super sturdy. All it is required is a good installation which takes a bit of time and tools. I cutout the sheetrock and went straight unto the concrete. Used 1/4" - 3" L stainless steels concrete anchors. The thing does not move a bit even after heavy shellacking and a few landmines.

Great concept
I took a chance and ordered this. It was a lot cheaper than other products and I liked that it moved laterally. That’s a game changer. Good for less wear on your bag. Good for switching up stance. Good for longer reach. Especially good if you have limited space and don’t want a bulky floor stand. It’s free hanging, I can adjust as needed and I don’t have to hold back my kicking.I will echo the other review about there not being instructions. I did have to email the seller who responded immediately. I would recommend they include them with purchase or maybe put a PDF here on the listing. I actually had to have it professionally installed. Nothing at all to do with the product. It was simply because my bag is heavy (over 100 lbs) and my studs were not symmetrical. You’ll see in the photos that it’s right above my door jam. I intended to put it on that adjacent wall but my studs were not sufficient there. Ended up needing to use a pice of plywood. But it’s definitely holding up very well. I’m not at all concerned about it falling down.I was concerned about the bag swinging or jutting back on the rail because I kick pretty hard. But even without the rod locking it into place at the top (I lost it) it doesn’t move. Again though, my bag is heavy. It swivels without issue for the most part. Moving forward is a little more difficult than sliding back and it’s not a smooth transition. I can foresee getting some friction later on with it but probably can throw a little oil on the bottom and fix that. The spring is great. Good recoil. Not quite long enough for me so I had to add another swivel but other than that I’m extremely happy with the purchase. Would give it a try. Don’t let the lack of reviews deter you. It’s actually pretty legit.

Great piece of kit
I got 24 inch on swivel. Wish it came with butterfly nut for the front fixing so it would be easier to rotate. Other than that solid.

Sturdy, seems to work as intended so far
Solid and sturdy support. As others mentioned the plate doesn’t fit within stud spaces so it needs an added piece of wood to mount to wall studs. Additional instructions on how to reinforce it in installation would be useful.

Rock solid and sturdy
Exactly what I was looking for. I have my 100lbs bag attached to it and it doesn’t bend or bow under heavy use. I also wanted to have the ability to move it to “stow it away”. Keep in mind doing it means breaking out the drill or a ratchet so it’s not a quick process. I wish they have a pullout pin method but at this price point I’m not complaining. Make sure to brace it properly. The provided bolts were good but unless it’s concrete you’ll most likely only be able to hit one stuff. So get double of 2 by 4 and have them run horizontally between two studs and mount it to that. Highly recommended

Too good to be true
The design looked perfect when I saw it, space saving option to replace a large heavy bag stand. Installing it took using some extra wood. Luckily I had some on hand but if you have to buy it, it makes it worth looking at slightly more pricy options. I installed it in my garage so I had to use 2x4s to reach stud to stud and then install it in them like I saw another reviewer had done.I’ve had it a month and from first use the weight of the bag makes it incredibly hard to fold in and out when using it or putting it away. The bolt does not slide in correctly to hold it in place cause the weight seems to bend the bottom plate slightly. I’m just putting it through the top while when hitting it now. Then the spring is so long that you have to install this so high to have it at a good height for the bag to hang. I am thinking of getting a shorter replacement spring but I worry that the huge spring is necessary to keep the strain off the mount or the wall. When it’s installed it’s so high you have to use step stool to adjust the bolt. My heavy bag has material straps that it hangs from but my previous was chains so if you have chains that might help with this issue. The design idea is great and would love to find a version that works but this one just doesn’t.

Limited height adjustment
Good quality construction, not cheaply built. Downside - very limited on height adjustment between bag and hanging arm. Forces you to mount the bag at ceiling level if you want the bag the proper height off the ground.

Size
Says its 3+ ft but on the last fitting (hole) it's only 27".Just installed a 100lb bag. Had it on max setting and once i hit the bag it seemed unstable. aMoved it to the 2nd last setting at 24" and ok so far...time will tell.

Bolts vs pins
Seems a solid build but I had to grind the bolt down to act as a pin or the rotation is unworkable under the weight of the bag

Bit of modification needed but pretty decent
As other reviews have mentioned the release pin is woeful - used a step drill bit to make the inside holes slightly larger swapped the bolt out for a quick release cotter pin and its doesn't bind anymore making the swing arm much more usable.Decent product after the modifications.

Bent after about a month of light use (80lb bag)
Definitely not worth almost $100. Was happy with it, but the bracket has bent at least 5 degrees down from a perfect 90, after only about a month of minimal use with an 80 pound bag. Wouldn’t trust it for years of use.
