Good supplement
Life extension is a good dietary supplement to use daily to give yourself extra support for your organs.

Works for Me
I buy these on a regular basis. I am over 65, and have found that PQQ helps with my energy level and mental focus. Not all supplements have worked for me, as everyone's physiology is different, but these do give me an edge.

Great brand, unsure about benefits
I decided to add PQQ to my daily CoQ10 regimen because I heard about the synergistic effects. I love Life Extension products and have never been disappointed. However, I truly cannot say the addition of PQQ made a different so I decided to leave it out of my stack.

Gave me more energy, small capsules
Came across PQQ while looking for ATP, happy I got them. I'm 70 & had less & less energy until starting on these. The capsules are smaller than usual (very nice). I also like the brand in general.

Is what it claims to be, but not sure about the benefit.
PQQ is a vitamin-like supplement that is supposed to support mitochondria health and biogenesis as well as increase the energy capacity of cells. Right now it's understudied given it's apparent benefits, and so, not much can really be said about it. I bought 2 bottles of it and dosed 1 capsule a day along with ALCAR, CoQ10, and ALA, as I was interested in increasing mitochondria density. I can't say if it helped as I personally felt nothing from it. That's one of the drawbacks of most supplements though, if it doesn't stimulate you or induce sleep you really can't know 100% sure if it's working. Hopefully more studies are done on it as it sounds like it could be really good for you. For now, it's too expensive to take without any solid evidence it really does anything.
