I needed to clean the frit of my Buchner filter and after researching decided on muriatic acid, as recommended.. This acid is of good quality and cleaned the minerals out nicely.. It is also not too strong to easily neutralize when the process was complete. Thank you very much,

Takes asphalt off concrete, no problem. Just brushed it in tight circles and it lifted the asphalt out.

This acid is very strong. It quickly removed concrete driveway splashed on the bottom of my overhead garage door.without harming the paint. I did wear rubber gloves, safety glasses and a mask while working with this stuff.

The spout is in the MIDDLE of the container making it impossible to pour the HYDROCHLORIC ACID safely/cleanly, I recommend using a large plastic funnel to move the liquid into a plastic measuring cup for your use. And I recommend to do it OUTSIDE in a well-ventilated space on a glass or plastic surface. The fumes AND the acid are dangerous. You have been forwarned.

I've been trying to find something to clean the rust stains on my Bluestone steps for a while now and finally this did the trick! You may have to alter the proportions recommended on the bottle as I needed more potency in the mix to get out the truly stubborn stains. However, the steps look new. I would just caution that you should wear a mask that protects against fumes, similar to using any solvent or acid, as if you increase the potency of the mixture, additional fumes will be generated. Otherwise great solution for a great price as some major brands sell "masonry stain removers" for an expensive price point and none of them worked, believe me I tried them all.
