I took a half used can on a Flight last week. I am assuming you can. But they are available all over now.

does this help fight fungus germs inside of shoes from fungus nails?

I don't know but if this is a concern you should get an ultraviolet light...my husband has one and it sanitizes shoes, this type of thing is used by hospitals to sanitize items. He just puts the light in his shoes and it will sanitize his shoes. Sorry we don't know the brand name of the product but just google it and perhaps you will be able to locate it. We got ours from a shoe repair shop several years back.
