I have a pill cutter and I cut it up in 4 pieces and chew it a bit then swallow with liquid. It really does not have a bad taste. I could actually chew this pill and swallow it alone. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I get more relief from Genacol than steroid shots.

I have arthritis in my thumb joint and have gotten several rounds of steroid shots that were not effective. I used Genacol for 3 months and the pain in my thumb joint improved. I ran out of Genacol and went back to my glucosamine that I was using before and the pain was back within a week. I reordered the Genacol and the pain is much better. It may have been a flair up that caused the pain to return so only time will tell.
