The media could not be loaded.  I thought this purchase would be a good deal since you get two masks, but I was wrong. Straight out of the package, the blue mask didn’t work. Only the mouth part lit up. The eyes & head did not. I took a video of the red mask vs the blue so you can see the difference. Very disappointed bc I needed these for an Halloween photoshoot. Now on all the photos, one mask is lit & the other isn’t. It’s very noticeable & I was very upset. Wasn’t able to wear the blue one for my Halloween costume.Ps, the mask aren’t that comfortable & make your face get extremely hot

Bought it when it was on sale. I thought it wouldnt work for some reason but it shocked me with the quality

The mask where good except there was a loud buzzing sound when you turn it on. Didn’t like that.

I ignored someone else's review that said they ordered 4 and only 3 worked. Maybe I should have paid closer attention, as I'm in the exact same scenario. I ordered these 2 and also the Pink/Blue set. Out of the 4 items, only 3 of them work.My green mask does not turn on at all. Battery pack/power indicator lights up, but the mask does not. I looked over the wires, nothing appears to be blatantly broken or out of place to cause an open circuit. It just doesn't work.Other than that, the masks look great. They are made of a decently sturdy plastic. I thought for the price that they would be incredibly flimsy, but they really aren't. I just can't rate any higher based on getting a dead unit.Can't these be tested before being sent out?Now I have to return both masks for a return, and hope that the 2 new ones I get both work.
