I just started. It's my first time drinking and it taste soo bad. Pungent fishy smell too. Whoever don't like that smells and expects no flavour don't opt this. It has some weird taste.

I was very disappointed with this product. The moment I mixed it with water, it gave off a strong, rotten fish odor. It's completely undrinkable. Save your money and don't buy.

I took the collagen consistently for 1 week and saw visible results in the texture of my skin and the glow, visibly could see the dark spots reduce. I take it like a medicine and don't expect it to taste good but expect it to show results which it has been doing. I shall now take it for 3 months and see where it takes my skin and nail health. By the way, I've not broken a nail since I started taking it. Absolutely amazing!!
