The bottom pump falls out looks like a broken screw but it’s not fixable. Tried calling b-air multiple time and let messages haven’t returned any phone call or messages in over a week. It will cost so much to return this time. Do not buy from this company!

I have been running the B-Air in my basement shop for about 2 weeks. It easily brought the humidity from 78% down to 55%. It would never get below 55%. That may be because of conditions beyond the machines capabilities.The only negative is the switching. It is electronic. If the power goes off you have to manually restart the machine when the power comes back on

The product arrived without the handle or the screws for the handle.

I like this dehumidifier very much. I bought it for my Grooming shop which is very damp and smells like-well- like a wet dog when you walk in. Ever since I bought this item it doesn’t smell like that anymore. It’s great! I drain it into a 5 gallon bucket and it’s usually half full when I come in in the morning. Even though it is big and heavy it’s easy to move around with its big wheels and handle to push it with.

Great dehumidifier! I was getting sick of buying the cheap residential dehumidifiers for our kennel that wear out after one year due to the tough environment. This unit is quiet, easy to clean, and easy to run! Don't let the price scare you too bad, if it lasts as long as it looks like it will it will be money ahead!

I highly suggest you do not buy this unit. Its very expensive for only 600 hours of use and then the Company will not reply to emails for repair. This is Junk!
