But my dog has a front paw injury and could get to his paw easily with this. We were hoping to get him out of a cone. Also note, dog cannot rest their head as the cushion around the neck holds it up so high. Something else to think about. I was nervous cause there were some mixed reviews, and my dog is 92lbs with a BIG neck. But this works perfectly!! He was just neutered and kept licking his stitches. We were given the biggest cone they had from the vet (because of his size) and it made him depressed, restless at night, he bumped into EVERYTHING, he couldn't see around himself or reach his food bowl. :( With this he's happy, comfortable, can eat, see around himself and still stops him from reaching his wound. I got the XL and it fits comfortably, with room to spare thanks to the velcro. It comes with belt loops, but his collar was too big to fit through it so we just used the thin collar that came with his plastic cone and it works great! 😁 ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ sizes say what? *by D***C on Reviewed in the United States on October 28, 2021* okay so the size small, I have a picture I don't right now to post, but literally without snapping the small one closed, after inflating it fully, the opening is the size of a triple A battery lengthwise. No way that is going to fit what they say it will. And the packaging did say small. my puppy is only 4 months old, wouldn't go around her leg and if I tried it on her neck it would be animal abuse because it would choke her. Ordered a large and returned the other, fits fine. Not sure who measured what, but how about this, inflate on, put a ruler under it and post that for each size so we can see what it really fits? Chew proof, still inflated and I hope it holds up but she can get it in her mouth through an act of amazing flexibility, ( I haven't see it but I really think she can bend her head backwards and bring it back between her hind legs and look forward), so no way this is going to make it.
